I resonate so deeply with the archetype of the Wounded Healer. I have experienced intense initiations of grief and abandonment, self-criticism and lack of belonging. I have walked through the fire of identity dissolution, total heart-break and grief that echoed in every corner of my life and body. I know what it’s like to doubt myself and feel as though there is just something wrong with me. My inner-critic has ruled most of my life until recently…

I have grown and listened and understood that these losses are indeed my greatest teachers that inform how I show up for you, my community and the earth. I wouldn’t change a thing.

The beauty of music lies not just in its ability to uplift and console, but also in its capacity to bring people together. When voices harmonize in perfect unison, a deep sense of connection emerges, enveloping individuals into a shared experience. Whether it's a choir singing in perfect harmony or a gathering of friends around a campfire, music creates a sense of community that is unparalleled. In those moments, the language of music unifies hearts, reminding us of our common humanity. We find solace, joy, and healing in the simple act of singing together, for it is through music that we discover our truest selves and form unbreakable bonds with others, the earth and spirit.
